Central angular velocity artificially assigned at readin.
Currently limited by the angular velocity of an object rotating in a circle, with radius = 1 cm (well below grid resolution) and transverse velocity = the speed of light.
Due to effects from magnetic breaking, more realistic central angular velocities for massive stars are of order 0.1 [radians/sec] ~ 4.93e-7 [code units] (see Figure 1 of [164] based on results from [97], or see [178] for an exploration of different values).
