Computes the auxiliary variable \(\Phi_i = \partial_i \Psi\).
In the LDG scheme, the auxiliary variable \(\Phi_i\) is not evolved in time but is recomputed from \(\Psi\) at each substep. After this mutator runs, the boundary correction from ApplyAuxiliaryBoundaryCorrectionsToVariables will correct \(\Phi_i\) at element interfaces.
