Event that combines the ah::Events::FindApparentHorizon event with dg::Events::ObserveFields specifically for common horizon finding.

Details

The volume data is sent to the observers::ObserverWriter with the name of the HorizonMetavars as its dependency, so the ObserverWriter holds the data until the horizon finder reports with ah::callbacks::SendDependencyToObserverWriter whether the horizon find succeeded (then the data is written to disk) or failed (then the data is dropped). Other than that, this is just a thin wrapper around each event.
